Responsibilities
Designs + deploys AI-powered automations (agents, RAG, chatbots, OCR, document processing) that generate measurable ROI for clients.
Implements end-to-end workflows in n8n, Python, APIs, webhooks, CRMs, ERPs, and databases.
Think “make the system actually run” with clean, reliable logic.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in HR roles.
Knowledge of HR best practices and Indonesian labor regulations.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficient in HR software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in HR for creative or tech companies.
Background in remote team management.
Skills in talent retention and employer branding.
